Yarrow

Yarrow is used medicinally used to treat colds and flu. It is the best known herbal remedy for fevers - a hot tea induces a therapeutic sweat, which brings the fever down. It may also be used to bring on menstruation, so avoid yarrow if you are pregnant. 

Flavor Profile: a strong licorice-like aroma with a sweet flavor and a somewhat bitter and astringent finish.
