Holding The Light (12/14)

Join us for a group shadow work and healing session where you’ll use breath to get your inner light shining bright!

You’ll be guided through an active imagination process and breathwork practice to help illuminate and integrate parts of you that need tending. As we approach the equinox we are met with the supportive energy to look at what is needed in our being to let go so that we can hold our light steady. Let’s shine brightly as we prepare to cross the 2023 threshold.

Please bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, and blanket (if you need extra cozy).
